Professor Mohammed Amer,Former President of Zagazig University, professor of Dermatology & Venereology, who works as a dermatologist for the last 35 Years. Professor Amer is the oldest member of the AAD(American Academy of Dermatology) in the Middle East. He was awarded as one of the oldest members in the World now as he is a member since 25 years. Professor Amer is one of the old organizers of meeting and congresses in the History of Dermatology. He arranged for example the first Zagazig International Meeting of Dermatology in 1980. After that the meeting was held every other year since that time. Also he arranged the 8th International Congress of Dermatology in Cairo 1999, organized by (ISD). His son Amin became a dermatologist too. Amin is practicing with Professor Amer since 1998, he is an Assistant Lecture of Dermatology & Venereology ,Medical School, Zagazig University.
